Welcome to MCM
Our mission is to provide robust, sustainable and flexible response services to clients in times of greatest need. Put simply; we provide certainty in an uncertain world.
Now in our 20th year we provide a range of robust, sustainable and flexible 24/7/365 emergency response services to clients across a wide range of sectors.
These instantly accessible services focus on incident management; assistance for personnel and the provision of information to relatives, the media and other stakeholders.
New for 2017 is an enhanced Training, Exercises and Consultancy capability which builds on MCM’s unique real-world emergency response experience to develop and deliver bespoke training to clients.
MCM’s expertise in the energy sector is unrivalled. We are retained to support some 90% of UK gas production, over 75% of gas storage, a significant proportion of oil production and a range of operations in the wind energy sector. MCM also supports a range of marine, construction engineering and maintenance companies.
As our response operations have developed we have also taken on clients in other sectors including the power plant, chemical processing, manufacturing, distribution, insurance and railway industries.
Our Response Services are delivered by the MCM National Response Network. The largest of its type in the UK; this network has eight UK Teams and one European Response Team to give truly national reach, normally responding within an hour.
Our headquarters at Response House are close to Norwich International Airport. Response House is a £500,000 investment containing a permanently equipped Incident Management Suite and two emergency call centres capable of long term operation for concurrent incidents if required.
